21. Exterior Lighting of Homes

The Administrators must replace exterior light bulbs and sensors on the lighting fixtures in Common Areas and the Paseo only. Owners or Occupants must ensure that there is power to such fixtures or they will be subject to penalties for noncompliance. No temporary, partially unshielded or unshielded outdoor lights, such as string lights, rope lights or other types of decorative or seasonal lights, may be illuminated after 11 pm at night. Owners must inform all Occupants that outdoor lighting under their control must be turned off during specified hours and when not required.
