20. Weather Emergencies

During periods where hurricane or tropical storm warnings are in effect, all Owners and Occupants must secure exterior furniture, fixtures, or equipment so it does not threaten other homes.

The Managing Agent may, but is not obligated to, take reasonable action to mitigate such threats and may charge the Owner for the costs incurred.

After any weather emergency, all preparation materials such as sandbags and temporary coverings must be removed promptly.
