18. Vacant Lots

Vacant lots must be kept in a safe, and environmentally and aesthetically acceptable condition, at the Owner’s expense. Vacant lots may not contribute to dust and must be cleaned of accumulated trash or weed growth on a regular basis. Vacant lots must be landscaped or contained by finished plaster and painted walls, unless other arrangements are approved by the Administrators. Metal link, mesh, windscreen, or landscape cloth are unacceptable materials. Vacant lots may not be used for longterm storage or construction work yards, without the approval of the Owner, the Administrators, and the affected Subregime Surveillance Committee.
