17. Paseo Use for Owners, etc.
17. Use of Paseo/Owners, Guests, Short- and Long-term Renters
All Owners, guests of Owners, or short-term or long-term renters from Owners shall be subject to the same rules as builders and contractors when using the paseo. In addition to the general fines for a violation set out in the Administrators Rules, Owners shall be responsible for the costs, as set by the Administrator, for any clean up, remediation, repair, or damage to the surface or sub surface of the paseo resulting from a violation of the rules relating to the use of the paseo.
