12. Special Events

Individuals or groups who want to stage special events within the Common Areas must obtain approval from the Managing Agent and meet any specific requirements the Managing Agent may impose.

The Managing Agent must attempt to notify Owners and Occupants who may be affected by these events.

Any person wishing to hold a special event on Common Areas may be required to pay a fee for the use of such property, which fee will be determined by the Managing Agent and must be paid before the event takes place.
